To resolve this problem click "OK", quit the EasyScope application and check that the files DS1M12_1k.rbf, DS1M12_2k.rbf, DS1M12_4k.rbf and DS1M12_8k.rbf exist in the same directory as the EasyScope application program. If the files are there, try to re-launch the EasyScope application ensuring that the instrument is connected to the PC. If the files are not there, it may be retrieved by re-installing from the installation CD.
